5. Shipping and Delivery
Lab Sourced Peptides ships exclusively within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, transit times vary based on carrier and destination (usually 2–5 business days).
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or package loss after dispatch.
Tracking details will be provided once available.
All risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of research-grade materials, all sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds for any reason other than verified shipment errors or damage.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@labsourcedpeptides.com with:
- Order number,
- Description of the issue, and
- Clear photos of the affected items and packaging.
After verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost (subject to availability).
