Returns Policy
No Returns. No Exceptions.
At Lab Sourced Peptides, maintaining sterile integrity and verified purity is central to our mission.
Because our products are research-grade materials that undergo controlled handling and storage, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been processed or shipped.
This policy is not about convenience — it’s about scientific integrity. Once a product leaves our facility, it can no longer be verified under our purity and contamination controls, and therefore cannot be reintroduced into our inventory or resold.
We do not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect product or quantity selection
- Change of preference or research direction
- Delays caused by carriers or third-party couriers
- Dissatisfaction with experimental outcomes or performance
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
To expedite review, please include:
- Your order number and full name
- Clear photos of the affected item(s) and packaging
- A brief summary of what occurred
After verification, a replacement will be issued for any affected product at no additional cost, subject to inventory availability and validation of the claim.
